Assemble property packets that are complete, legible, and ready for review

Keep property evidence, editable drafts, signed documents, and distribution copies distinct so the right version reaches the right person.

Prepare source material

Label property photos, complete the inspection checklist, scan paper disclosures square to the page, and run OCR when searchable text will help review.

Assemble in reading order

Convert approved source documents, merge the main agreement and exhibits, add page numbers after final ordering, and compress only a distribution copy when upload limits require it.

Compare and sign

Compare revised offers or leases, confirm every changed amount and date, then place authorized signatures and initials precisely. A visual self-signature does not provide identity verification or an audit certificate.

Deliver and archive

Reopen the full packet, check property address and parties on every relevant document, confirm required exhibits, and retain the authoritative source and signed final according to your policy.
