What will be published
A material incident entry will state the affected feature, user-visible impact, start and resolution times when known, containment, recovery, and follow-up actions. Sensitive exploit detail may be delayed until users are protected.
Severity threshold
Publication covers confirmed unauthorized access to customer data, material loss or corruption of stored account data, or sustained production unavailability with broad user impact. Individual malformed-file errors remain support and quality issues unless they reveal a broader incident.
Corrections
Entries may be updated as facts improve. Material corrections will retain the original publication date and clearly state what changed.
Report an issue
Use Support and choose Security or Product problem. Include safe reproduction information and do not send passwords, production secrets, or unrelated confidential files.
