Service availability and current monitoring commitments

PDFArrow is currently a free public-beta service with no paid SLA. Core processing can continue locally after the app loads, while sign-in and cloud history depend on external services.

What availability means

The public app must load for a user to start. After a supported tool is loaded, the PDF operation runs in the browser. Sign-in and cloud history separately depend on Firebase, and public delivery depends on the hosting provider and the user's network.

Current monitoring

Release checks cover route availability, prerendered HTML, public metadata, core workflows, and browser/device classes. Owner analytics records bounded failures and slow operations. A third-party public uptime monitor and historical percentage are not yet established.

No invented percentage

PDFArrow will not display 99.9 percent or another availability figure until a defined external monitor has collected enough continuous data. When reporting begins, this page will publish the monitor, regions, interval, exclusions, and calculation window.

If a tool appears unavailable

Reload once, confirm the file meets the stated limits, try the published benchmark fixture, and report the route, browser family, device class, approximate time, and visible error through Support.
